I purchased a car for my daughter to learn to drive in just over a year ago. The car was a nice low mileage Vauxhall. Unfortunately the model is prone to an electronic power steering problem, which appeared shortly after we purchased the car. Davies Car Sales arranged for the sensor to be replaced without any quibbles, despite the fact that it was slightly out of warranty. For a short time the problem was resolved, but then the issue returned. Davies Car Sales were brilliant. They didn't just try to brush us off, they supported us by trying various remedies suggested by the company who replaced the sensor. Ultimately Davies Car Sales, organised a retest of the sensor, which was found to have a fault. This was all done at their expense. As a result I cannot fault the customer service of Davies Car Sales who clearly are prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I would not hesitate to go back to them in the future.

Adrian at Davies Car Sales was a pleasure to deal with. I'd spoken to him prior to visiting the showroom as I'm not local, and communication was great. I was part exchanging a VW Polo for another newer version of the same model. The newer VW Polo I was looking at was pristine in and out, they'd done a brilliant job at preparing the vehicle for sale. We agreed on a price for the part exchange and for the new car (which were both very fair), shook hands and called it a deal. Happy days. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service from this garage. I got my first car from here just over 3 months ago, the car ran great for a month but then started to have a few issues. Both times my car broke the guys towed it back to the garage and fixed the problem free of charge and I had it back within a week, communication through the process was brill and I was always kept up to date. After breaking a 3rd time, it was a mutual decision that I could no longer have the car as it was unreliable. The guys were super apologetic and offered either a full refund or another car they had for sale with a free MOT when it runs out. Their customer service is faultless and I'm grateful the guys were so understanding and they genuinely care about their customers. I will be definitely recommending this garage to people!

I was extremely nervous about buying a second hand car initially if i'm honest, and following a horrible hard sell experience in the past decades ago elsewhere when i was young. And cars are not my thing. Firstly, seeing the clearly genuine reviews posted here gave me the confidence to approach Adrian and his team and from the very first encounter Adrian's authenticity and honestly shines through. Every step of the way in every encounter with every member of the team, they were genuine, caring, understanding and helped me find the perfect car for me. Totally human, zero persuasion tactics, 100% integrity, no pressure. They took the time to help me get used to my new car when i went to collect, as it was a auto, and different for me. They had tons of patience and lots of encouragement although I was pretty nervous. I have recently used them for a service and MOT and again they were just brilliant. Cars are presented in immaculate condition, a real test drive with no pressure to buy, knowledgeable staff who have time for you. Gareth (sales) was brilliant and could not help you enough, Colin (mechanic) was very friendly and helpful. On the day of collection I met Adrian the Owner, great service once again, car all ready with new MOT, Service and 2 new front tyres all as promised, the tax and the log book details all completed for me. I bought a 2007 Corsa a year ago at the beginning of lockdown. This was the only place I could find that kept their website up-to-date with pictures and details so you can check all the cars online before going there. The car has been really great so far! Due to self isolation the car was brought to our house so we could look at it at a distance and all the doors opened so we could see inside as well. It was in a lovely condition so we decided to purchase this and part exchanged our old car. There was an MOT in place and they taxed the vehicle for us and put 2 new tyres on the vehicle. Before they brought it to us they cleaned it inside and out to a very high standard. They took the old radio and battery from our old car as they were new and brought these back to us later that week and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would certainly recommend them.

As I couldn't see the car before traveling, Adrian made a video of the car for me and gave me a very accurate description on the condition of the car before I came over. Saw the car we wanted on their site and went to view it. Wasn't looking forward to the experience as expected to be greeted by a Swiss Tony style salesman. But was pleasantly suprised that we were left to browse and we approached Neil. Whole experience was painless, car was ready and MOTed for us to pick up. Recommended.

Considering this garage was nearly 300 miles from my home, purchasing a car from Davies Car Sales was a stress free, pleasant experience.
After two short phone calls, a fair part exchange with my old car was agreed. A deal was struck pending my approval on inspection of the vehicle and a small deposit paid.
The day before pick up, following a service and an mot, I was informed my new car was ready for collection.
On arrival I was given a welcoming cuppa then left to look over the car in my own time.
I was delighted with what I saw, the car was immaculately presented and exceeded expectations.

Five Star in every way - relaxed friendly people - answered all my questions - I saw that the listing was accurate and detailed - the car looked like new although it was 2009 - very low warranted mileage for it's age with full documentation - very competitively priced - would recommend them to anyone - Incidentally, there was someone else buying at the same time as me, I chatted to her while they were getting my car out for a test drive. She told me that she had been buying from them for years, every time she wanted to change her car, because she had found them to always be honest and friendly. After my test drive I bought the car - of course !!

I had been round quite a few different showrooms (big and small) and dealing with Davies was really good. No hard sell, great service and really happy with the car and price. On picking the car up they told me to bring it back if I came across any issues. Came with full year's MOT and warranty for 3 months. It was valeted within an inch of it's life. Friendly and trustworthy. I had a choice between two models and there was no hard sell to take the pricier one. We ended up choosing the cheaper one as the pros and cons were explained. Nathan
